Robert Blackstone's Background and Testimony
Robert began his martial arts training in October 1978 under the direction of Kang Rhee and Earnest Carothers in the PaSaRyu Tae Kwon Do System, He earned his black belt on his 14th birthday and December 1986 he earned the rank of 5th degree master.

From 1978 until 1988 he trained in many different styles and weapons systems while operating a school with his dad, John Blackstone Jr., in Germantown, TN.

January 18, 1987 he was saved as he received Jesus as his personal Savior and Lord at Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis Tennessee.
Then, the Lord had other plans for his life and the skills which the Lord granted to him.
The Change
After leaving the old system due to his new beliefs, Robert first used his talents in service to the Lord at Trinity Baptist Church in Whitehaven as an outreach to the youth. Under the direction of Youth Pastor Rev. Chuck Kitchens.

Then from 1992 thru 1998 he operated an "evangelistic" karate school in Southaven, MS. Robert was awarded the rank of 6th degree on April 27, 1996. Over this six year period Robert helped 89 members to establish a personal relationship with Christ. Many were then lead through a discipleship program and plugged into local Bible Believing Churches.
The Call
As the LORD directed, Robert left the full time martial arts ministries to be home with his family until they were able to return to train along side him. Through much prayer the LORD Jesus has once again prepared the way through the ministries of Forest Hill Baptist Church in Germantown, TN. to use Robert's talents to the glory of God through karate and the teaching of God's word. The Ministry relocate to Kirby Woods Baptist Church in Memphis, TN in June of 2009.

He has led Robert to a donations driven ministry for the strengthening of both individuals and families with fun fellowship and genuine discipleship.
